About the event
Join the NPT for Nature Group for a guided evening bat walk through Cwm Du Glen and Glanrhyd Plantation, exploring the hidden world of woodland nocturnal wildlife.
Led by ecologist Di Clark (Koru Ecology Associates), this event will focus on one of the area’s most fascinating night-time residents: bats. Using bat detectors, we’ll listen for their calls as they forage along woodland edges, clearings, and streams, while learning about the species that thrive in these habitats.
This guided walk offers a chance to discover these elusive animals, the habitats they depend on, and the importance of woodlands and green corridors in supporting local wildlife.
Booking required. Please note that this site is steep in some places and is uneven underfoot.
The meeting point and parking information for this walk can be found in your confirmation email. Please check your junk/spam folder.
This event is funded by the Welsh Government Local…
