Rydym yn cyflawni ein nodau drwy greu partneriaethau rhwng pobl sy’n gwarchod ac yn gofalu am natur yn CNPT, casglu gwybodaeth am gadwraeth rhywogaethau a chynefinoedd yn CNPT, cefnogi datblygiad prosiectau sy’n cyfrannu at nodau’r bartneriaeth, datblygu prosiectau newydd i fynd i’r afael â blaenoriaethau lleol a darparu swyddogaeth ymgynghorol ar y testun o gyflwr byd natur ac adferiad natur yn CNPT.

SEFYLLFA BYD NATUR YN CNPT

Mae asesiad o Gyflwr Byd Natur ein sir wedi datgelu bod byd natur yn CNPT mewn trafferthion ac mewn perygl o fygythiadau fel newid yn yr hinsawdd a datblygiad. Mae angen cymryd camau gweithredu brys i wella cadernid bioamrywiaeth CNPT, yn enwedig y cynefinoedd arfordirol, rhostiroedd a gweundiroedd a glaswelltiroedd lled-naturiol.
