West Wales Rivers Trust are working with the park to tackle the invasive, non-native species along its waterways. Come along and assist with mapping the rhododendron whilst litter picking in Margam Country Park.

About the event

West Wales Rivers Trust are working with the park to tackle the invasive, non-native species along its waterways. Come along and assist with mapping the rhododendron whilst litter picking in Margam Country Park.

There will be frequent pond/river dipping sessions taking place throughout the day, advertised at the West Wales Rivers Trust stand which will be located between New Pond and the Adventure Playground.

Please wear sturdy footwear and dress for the weather. Gloves will be provided.

Also taking place at 11.30am on this day - come along to a guided river nature walk which will depart from the West Wales Rivers Trust stand at 11.30am and will take approximately one to one and a half hours.
